This site allows you to submit a request(s) seeking support for Sponsorships and Charitable Donations and will guide you in the description of your project throughout several preformatted forms.
- Before submitting your final request, you may save it in an incomplete state and return to this site, log back in, and work on it again at a later time.
- You will have a chance at the end of the form to review the information you entered. Please reread your request carefully before submitting it.
- Requests must be submitted at least thirty (30) business days prior to the program start time.
- We review all requests on a monthly basis. Support decisions are made after our Sponsorship Review Committee has reviewed your complete request. You will be notified of the decision via an email sent to the address you provided in your online application form.
- Please note that any personal information collected on this site by creating an account, submitting an application, or sending an email to [email protected] will be used solely to respond to your requests, review applications, and manage your account.
